HWS Get Help (Support Tickets on HWS Connect)

Updated Oct 27, 2026Written on the HWS forum

HWS Get Help (Support Tickets on HWS Connect) · HWS Guide | HWS Connect⁺

Need the HWS team? Get Help opens a support ticket right on the website. Every ticket is a channel on the HWS Discord: what the team writes there shows up on the site, and what you write on the site shows up there, so you don't need Discord for it.

👉 HWS Connect → Get Help (NA players: /rn/help), or the Get Help button at the top of the site, left of the Inbox envelope.

🎫 Opening a Ticket

Sign in to HWS Connect with Steam (tickets need a Steam sign-in, so the team knows it is really you)
Click Get Help, then New ticket
Fill in:
- Server: the server you have the problem on. For a Cross Server Warp problem, pick the destination server
- What happened, and where?: playfield, structure, what you did and what went wrong
- In-game names of those involved: yours is filled in, add everyone else who was part of it
- When did it happen?: in server time. Type cb:time in the game chat to see it
- Structure names and IDs (optional), e.g. "My Base (ID 12345)"
Click Open ticket. The team is told right away

💡 Tell us what happened as exactly as you can. The more we know, the faster we can help.
