If no HWS staff are online during an incident, you are required to provide supporting evidence— screenshots are helpful, but videos are preferred.
Reports submitted without evidence will be treated with limited support, as we cannot validate unsubstantiated claims.
If you submit a report that is proven to be intentionally false or misleading, you will face disciplinary action.
HWS Staff are committed to ensuring fairness and maintaining a healthy community. Disciplinary decisions are based on what we determine to be in the best interest of the server and its players.
We do not enforce automatic bans for every rule infraction. Instead, we apply discretion, reviewing:
