HWS Daily Loot gives you a small reward every day, plus 1 HWS Skill Point for the Skill Tree. It's made for players with jobs and families: open one box a day, and a missed day is not skipped.
One box per calendar day. A new box unlocks at midnight German time (Europe/Berlin), not on a rolling 24-hour timer.
You can open at most one box per day, and you always get the next box in line. Missed day 12? Then you get box 12 the next time you claim, while the others are already at box 13.
Every box = +1 HWS Skill Point, on top of its loot.
The calendar has 28 boxes. The cycle lasts 30 days, the same for everyone, so you can miss up to 2 days and still open all 28 boxes. Time until cycle reset on the page shows how long is left.
Miss more than 2 days, and the last boxes of the cycle stay out of reach. When the cycle resets, everyone starts again at box 1. Skill points you earned are kept.

🛠️ How to Claim
Log in to the HWS game server and stay in game
Sign in to HWS Connect and select the same server at the top
Open Daily Loot and click Claim on the highlighted tile
ℹ️ The loot is delivered into your in-game inventory, not into the website. If you claim while you are offline, the claim is still saved: the items wait in a delivery queue and arrive the next time you are online on that server.

HWS Elite+ patrons can have their boxes opened automatically:
Turn it on in game with co:on:ADL (off: co:off:ADL)
One box is claimed for you per day and server (from 05:00 German time), just like a manual claim
The loot is delivered when you are online on that server

Click Open checklist on the Daily Loot page:
Be online on the same server that is selected on the website
Keep 4 free backpack slots and no container open
Leave the Cross Server Warp sector before you claim: nothing is delivered while you are in it. The loot waits and arrives once you fly out
Rewards are held while you take part in a running player event and arrive afterwards
"HWS does not see you in-game": you are not online on that server (or it takes up to a minute after login)
"Nothing to claim right now": you already opened today's box. Your next box unlocks at the next calendar day
"The box rolled empty. Nothing was claimed, so try again.": nothing was used up, just claim again
