The HWS Assistant is the AI helper of HWS. Ask it anything about HWS, on the website or right in the game: commands, rules, items, the market, the garage, POIs, or your own OCD, credits and structures. After you confirm, it can even do things for you, like upgrading your OCD or buying from the market.
Click the robot bubble at the bottom right of any HWS Connect page (you must be signed in).

@ai yes or @ai no in the same channelWhat it can do (depending on your tier, see below): upgrade or take items out of your OCD, spend a skill point, buy and sell on the Marketplace, buy a Garage ship, queue, upgrade and speed up Orbital Factory crafts. Free actions run straight away: claim today's Daily Loot, re-apply your skills, mark a playfield as a favourite on the Universe map.

🔒 Privacy: the assistant never shares your location in chat others can read, and never reveals other players' private data.
HWS Survivor+ patrons get short automatic hints, in game (privately) and as a badge on the chat bubble:
Hints only come while you are online in game, at most 3 per hour, and the same hint not again within 24 hours.
