HWS Connect+ 6.16.0 Changelog

The HWS Guide and the changelog now live on HWS Connect+, and the Skill Tree can spend all your unspent points in one go. Help tickets take screenshots, and your Support Overview lists every package you bought again.
The HWS Guide is now on HWS Connect+
The HWS Guide is now part of HWS Connect+: open it with Guide at the top of the site, or with the guide button on a feature page, which shows the matching part in a side panel without leaving the page.
- The guide is open to everyone at connect.empyrion-homeworld.net/guide, no sign-in needed. Search finds pages down to the section.
- With German, French or Russian selected, you read the guide in your language (machine-translated, the English original is one click away). Parts not translated yet stay English.
- The HWS Assistant answers from the guide first and shows a guide card under its answer: Open shows that part in a side panel, Full page opens the whole page.
Changelog and What's new
Every HWS Connect release can now be read on the site at connect.empyrion-homeworld.net/changelog, and a What's new window shows you once what changed after an update.
- What's new shows each section with its screenshot, how many updates you missed and a link to the full changelog. Small fix releases skip it, and Don't show updates automatically turns it off.
- The changelog link sits next to the version number at the bottom of the right-hand panel.
- Without signing in you can now open only Support Us, Become an HWS Patron (the tier list), the guide and the changelog. The Kill Board and Speedruns now ask you to sign in too.
Skill Tree: Apply all your unspent points
The Unspent card has a new Apply all button that spends every unspent point at once, in the stat order you choose.
- Rank Health, Stamina, Food and Unlock Points & XP (drag a row or use the arrows); the popup shows how many points each stat would get. Each open day, oldest first, takes the branch with your highest-ranked stat. Your order is remembered in this browser.
- If the game refuses a pick, it stops there and shows the reason; the page then shows what went through.
cb:resetclears your Skill Tree picks again, as on the old site, and starts your Survival Boost over. Your skill points stay, so you can pick the tree again for your new character.- Re-Apply Skills works again.

Get Help: screenshots in tickets
You can now attach screenshots to a new ticket and to every reply, and images show right in the conversation.
- Up to 10 images per message: PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP, 8 MB each and 24 MB together.
- A ticket opens on its newest messages; Show older messages loads the earlier ones.
- Discord avatars show on messages, and messages from a service such as an AI helper are marked Automated.
- If linking Discord could not give your Discord account all its ticket channels, Settings shows Refresh ticket access.

Your Support Overview lists every package again
Your Support Overview on Support Us lists every package you bought again, including ones that are no longer for sale.
- Own zones, Supergates, Instant Level 25, Unlock Points, Faction Standing, Master Origin and Blueprint Ingots to OCD show again, as do the permanent Keep Credits and Keep Blueprint packages.
- Packages paid for seasons ahead say how many, and one-off packages show how many are still owed.
