You can now link your bought Stargates yourself, tell us your wishes for your own Planet or Space right in the cart, open support tickets on the site with Get Help, and pay the whole Support Us cart with HWS Ingots.
Stargates: link them yourself
No more ticket with ids and screenshots: open a structure in the Structure Commander, click Manage and switch to the new Stargates tab. It lists the Stargates in that structure and where each one leads. Pick another of your named Stargates under Lead to … and click Link. The game sets it within a minute or two, and your Inbox tells you when it is done (or why it could not be linked).
- Each pair you bought lets you link 2 Stargates; the tab shows how many are linked already.
- The tab explains what stops a link: an unnamed Stargate, a playfield where Stargates are not allowed, or a change less than a week ago. A ship's Stargate may lead to a base, but nothing can lead to a ship.

Your own Planet or Space: your wishes before checkout
Buying Your own Planet or Your own Space no longer ends with "contact RexXxuS". In the cart, click Fill in my wishes: a short wizard shows your type's rules and asks for the basics, resources and POIs (only as many as your type allows), the world and who may enter, then shows your wishes exactly as the team will read them.
- Made your own playfield already? Choose Send my own playfield files and upload a zip of up to 20 MB.
- Checkout opens once every Planet/Space line has saved wishes and a quantity of 1. Changing the line's type or server asks for the wishes again.

Support Us: the whole cart with HWS Ingots
With the price toggle on HWS Ingot, the cart now pays with Ingots instead of PayPal, so packages with a choice (HWS Residence, Your own Planet, Your own Space) can be bought with Ingots too. It shows the Ingot total and asks once more with the balance that stays; if the game refuses the delivery, you get your Ingots back.
- A cart with a line that has no Ingot price asks you to switch to Euro.
- The Buy Ingots button on a package card only shows while the toggle is on HWS Ingot.
- The cart is now one button in the filter bar with the item count and total, and the filter bar stays under the header while you scroll.

Get Help: support tickets on the site
The new Get Help button left of the Inbox envelope opens your support tickets. Every ticket is a channel on our Discord: replies typed there show up here and yours show up there, so you do not need Discord for it.
- New ticket asks for the server, what happened and where, who was involved, when (
cb:timeshows the server time) and the structures. - Reply, edit or delete your own messages, close and reopen, mark a solution, invite someone and rate a closed ticket.

Fixes
- Patreon: a game server that missed your new or changed tier now gets it again within minutes, instead of keeping the old tier until your next daily re-check.
