HWS Connect+ 6.9.0 Changelog
Released October 23, 2026
Bounties are back as a real hunt: the Hunter Board is now the board of the new Wanted system, with holographic Wanted posters, fair bounty rules and an end to bounties as a cheap way to track people in PvE.
Hunter Board: Wanted posters
Everyone with a price on their head now gets a Wanted poster: the reward, who paid into it, a red WANTED BY HWS stamp for an HWS bounty, and where the target was last seen, if you may know that. Online players get a pulsing dot. Prefer the old list? The table is one click away and the board remembers your choice.
- Recently collected above the posters shows who collected which bounty in the last days.
- Where a target is only shows for an HWS bounty, or for a player bounty of 50M+ on a PvP playfield, and never to the side that paid for it. Everywhere else it says Unknown.
Placing a bounty: no refunds, a fee up front
A bounty is now a reward for someone else, not a tracker you get back. The dialog shows the 20 % HWS fee and the total before you click RUN! (50M costs 60M), and tells you right away if the bounty can't be placed.
- Minimum 1M. You and your faction can pay into the same target once per 24 hours, and after a bounty was collected there is a 6-hour pause.
- Whoever paid, their faction (also one they left less than 7 days ago) and their allies can't collect the bounty. If they kill the target, the bounty simply stays.
- Set Wanted zones (the old Guilty zones) put an HWS bounty on everyone who enters, usually 50M. It shows your position to everyone and blocks EGS Stealth until someone collects it or you visit a Clear Wanted zone.
- Guilty and
egs:noguiltyare gone. Collecting 10M or more still gives the bounty hunter bonus. - All the details: Hunter Board guide.
Smaller changes
- The Players menu is now called HWS Community.
- Online Players lost its always-empty Playfield column. It never shows where anyone is.
- Dropdown lists stay readable in the dark theme.
- The HWS Assistant knows the new bounty rules.
