A rejected event sign-up can now send a fixed blueprint and go back into review, and Refresh status on Cross Game Rewards shows that it checked.
Events: upload a fixed blueprint after your entry was rejected
If your sign-up for a blueprint event was rejected (for example, the blueprint was too big), you can now upload a fixed blueprint while sign-up is still open. Your entry goes back to Awaiting review and the staff look at it again.
- Uploading the same file again changes nothing. If your server's sign-up list filled up in the meantime, the upload is refused.
- This does not reopen a denied late-join request, or an entry on a server whose event is already finished.

Fixes
- Cross Game Rewards: Refresh status spins while it asks again and then shows when it last checked, so you can see it worked even when nothing changed.
